Terms & Conditions
Effective Date: August 8, 2026
Last Updated: August 8, 2026
These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of FrontPageCrew.com, The FrontPage Ledger, FrontPage Crew newsletters, membership services, downloadable publications, affiliate features, and related content and services (collectively, the “Services”).
The Services are operated by FrontPage Crew, LLC, a West Virginia limited liability company (“FrontPage Crew,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).
By accessing the Services, creating an account, purchasing a membership, or otherwise using the Services, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of legal majority where you live, to purchase a paid membership or participate in the affiliate program.
By creating an account or purchasing a membership, you represent that the information you provide is accurate and that you have the legal authority to enter into this agreement.
2. Editorial and Informational Content
FrontPage Crew publishes news reporting, analysis, commentary, satire, illustrations, political cartoons, statistics, puzzles, obituaries, and other editorial content.
Although we work to provide accurate, source-driven reporting, the Services may contain errors, omissions, outdated information, or material that is later corrected or updated. We may revise, clarify, correct, or remove content at any time.
Commentary, analysis, opinion, and satire represent editorial perspectives and should not be interpreted as statements of objective fact unless expressly identified as factual reporting.
Content provided through the Services is for general informational purposes only. It is not legal, financial, medical, tax, investment, or other professional advice. You should consult an appropriately qualified professional before acting on information requiring professional judgment.
3. Membership Plans
FrontPage Crew currently offers the following membership options:
FrontPage Reader — Free
Free readers may access public FrontPage Crew reporting, publicly available archive material, and complete FrontPage Ledger editions after their Insider early-access periods end.
FrontPage Insider — Monthly
The monthly membership is currently $3.99 per month and provides immediate access to the current FrontPage Ledger edition and included premium features.
FrontPage Insider — Annual
The annual membership is currently $39.00 per year and provides immediate access to the current FrontPage Ledger edition and included premium features during the annual membership period.
Paid features may include The Sunday Five, Famous Farewells, political crossword, Sunday Funnies, The Week Ahead, special or bonus editions, and downloadable newspaper-style editions. Specific features may change as the publication develops.
4. Early Access and Public Release
Paid FrontPage Insiders receive immediate access to the current FrontPage Ledger edition.
The current edition is generally expected to become publicly available when the following edition is released, ordinarily approximately seven days later. Publication schedules, early-access periods, special editions, and archive availability may occasionally change because of production schedules, breaking news, technical problems, holidays, or other circumstances.
Membership purchases provide early access and support FrontPage Crew’s work. They do not guarantee that every issue will contain an exact number of pages, articles, comics, puzzles, or other features.
5. Automatic Renewal and Recurring Charges
Paid memberships automatically renew unless canceled before the next renewal date.
By purchasing a paid membership, you expressly authorize FrontPage Crew and its payment processor to charge your selected payment method:
- $3.99 each month for the FrontPage Insider Monthly plan; or
- $39.00 each year for the FrontPage Insider Annual plan.
The applicable amount and billing schedule will be displayed before you complete enrollment.
Your subscription will continue renewing at the applicable interval until you cancel it. You are responsible for maintaining accurate billing information and a valid payment method.
Taxes may be added where legally required.
6. Price Changes
FrontPage Crew may change membership prices or benefits in the future. Any change affecting an existing paid subscription will be disclosed before the changed price is charged.
Unless otherwise stated, a price change will take effect at the beginning of a future billing period and will not retroactively alter a charge already completed.
7. Cancellation
You may cancel a paid membership at any time through the subscription controls in your My Account area or by contacting:
Cancellation prevents the next automatic renewal. After cancellation, paid access ordinarily continues through the end of the billing period already purchased.
You do not need to provide a reason for canceling. FrontPage Crew will not require you to telephone, mail a letter, or complete an unnecessarily burdensome process if the membership was purchased online.
You are responsible for canceling before your renewal date if you do not want the next recurring charge.
8. Refund Policy
Completed membership charges are nonrefundable and are not prorated, except where a refund is required by applicable law or expressly promised in a written FrontPage Crew promotion.
Canceling a subscription stops future renewal charges but does not ordinarily produce a refund for the remaining portion of the current billing period.
If you believe a charge was made in error, contact admin@frontpagecrew.com promptly so we can investigate.
9. Payment Processing
Payments may be processed by Stripe or another third-party payment provider. FrontPage Crew does not ordinarily receive or store your complete payment-card number.
Your payment is also subject to the applicable payment processor’s terms and privacy practices. We are not responsible for interruptions, declines, security procedures, or other actions controlled by the payment processor.
10. Accounts and Account Security
You are responsible for:
- Providing accurate registration information;
- Maintaining the confidentiality of your password;
- Restricting unauthorized access to your account;
- Promptly updating your email address and other account information; and
- Notifying us if you suspect unauthorized use.
Accounts and memberships are intended for individual use unless we expressly approve another arrangement. You may not sell, transfer, share, or commercially redistribute account access.
We may suspend an account when reasonably necessary to investigate unauthorized activity, payment fraud, abuse, security threats, or violations of these Terms.
11. Digital Publications and Downloads
Paid memberships may include access to downloadable PDFs, newspaper editions, images, puzzles, or other digital materials.
Unless expressly stated otherwise, downloads are licensed to you for personal, noncommercial use. Purchasing a membership or downloading a publication does not transfer ownership of the underlying intellectual property.
You may print a reasonable number of copies for personal use. You may not resell, republish, publicly distribute, upload, reproduce commercially, remove ownership notices from, or create unauthorized derivative products from downloadable materials.
12. Intellectual Property
The Services and their original content—including articles, character designs, names, illustrations, graphics, logos, page designs, videos, audio, comics, puzzles, newsletters, downloadable publications, and compilations—are owned by FrontPage Crew, LLC or used with permission and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.
“FrontPage Crew,” “The FrontPage Ledger,” associated logos, character names, and related branding may not be used in a way that suggests authorization, sponsorship, endorsement, or affiliation without our written permission.
You may share links to publicly accessible pages and use ordinary platform sharing tools. Limited quotation for commentary, criticism, education, or news reporting may be permitted by applicable law, but nothing in these Terms expands or restricts lawful fair-use rights.
Without written permission, you may not use automated tools to scrape, systematically copy, republish, create a competing database from, or use substantial portions of the Services to train or improve an artificial-intelligence or machine-learning system.
13. Acceptable Use
You may not use the Services to:
- Violate any applicable law or regulation;
- Gain unauthorized access to an account, server, database, or restricted publication;
- Circumvent a paywall or access-control system;
- Share protected download links or member credentials;
- Introduce malware, harmful code, automated attacks, or excessive requests;
- Impersonate another person or misrepresent an affiliation;
- Commit payment fraud or abuse promotional offers;
- Harass, threaten, defame, or unlawfully target another person;
- Infringe intellectual-property, privacy, publicity, or other legal rights; or
- Interfere with the availability or security of the Services.
14. Affiliate Program
FrontPage Crew may offer an affiliate or referral program. Applying for an affiliate account does not guarantee approval.
Affiliate participation may be governed by additional Affiliate Program Terms, commission rules, advertising standards, and disclosure requirements. If there is a conflict concerning affiliate activity, the specific Affiliate Program Terms control.
Affiliates are independent participants and are not employees, agents, partners, joint venturers, or legal representatives of FrontPage Crew. Affiliates must clearly disclose their financial relationship with FrontPage Crew when required by law.
We may reject, suspend, or terminate affiliate participation for fraud, misleading advertising, prohibited traffic methods, self-referral abuse, failure to make required disclosures, or other violations.
15. Third-Party Services and Links
The Services may contain links to news sources, government records, social platforms, payment providers, newsletter providers, embedded media, advertisers, or other third-party services.
A link does not necessarily constitute endorsement. FrontPage Crew does not control and is not responsible for third-party content, availability, security, accuracy, products, terms, or privacy practices.
Your use of a third-party service is governed by that provider’s own terms.
16. Service Availability and Changes
We may modify, suspend, replace, or discontinue any part of the Services. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free availability.
Temporary interruptions may result from maintenance, hosting failures, security events, payment-provider problems, internet outages, software updates, force majeure events, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
We will make reasonable efforts to preserve paid-member access but do not guarantee permanent availability of every feature, issue, archive item, or download.
17. Disclaimer of Warranties
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.
FrontPage Crew disclaims warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, noninfringement, uninterrupted availability, and error-free operation.
We do not guarantee that every source, statement, prediction, opinion, external link, statistic, or third-party report will remain accurate, complete, or current.
Nothing in this section excludes a warranty or consumer right that cannot legally be excluded.
18. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, FrontPage Crew, LLC and its owners, officers, employees, contractors, contributors, and agents will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from or related to the Services.
Where liability cannot be excluded entirely, FrontPage Crew’s aggregate liability arising from the Services will not exceed the greater of:
- The amount you paid to FrontPage Crew during the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim; or
- One hundred U.S. dollars ($100).
These limitations do not apply where prohibited by law or to liability that cannot legally be limited.
19. Indemnification
To the extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless FrontPage Crew, LLC and its owners, officers, employees, contractors, contributors, and agents from claims, losses, liabilities, and reasonable expenses arising from your unlawful use of the Services, infringement of another person’s rights, affiliate activity, or material violation of these Terms.
20. Suspension and Termination
We may restrict, suspend, or terminate access when we reasonably believe an account has been used for fraud, unauthorized distribution, security abuse, unlawful conduct, or a material violation of these Terms.
If we terminate a paid membership without cause, we may provide a prorated refund for the unused paid period. No refund is required when termination results from fraud, chargeback abuse, unlawful activity, or a material violation of these Terms, except where required by law.
Provisions concerning intellectual property, disclaimers, liability, disputes, and other terms that logically should survive termination will remain effective.
21. Governing Law and Disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of West Virginia and applicable federal law, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
Any dispute that cannot be resolved informally will be brought in a state or federal court of competent jurisdiction located in West Virginia, unless applicable law requires another forum.
Before filing a claim, you and FrontPage Crew agree to make a reasonable good-faith effort to resolve the matter informally by written communication.
Nothing in these Terms prevents either party from seeking appropriate emergency or injunctive relief or using a small-claims court with lawful jurisdiction.
22. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms to reflect changes in the Services, membership plans, technology, payment practices, or applicable law.
The updated version will be posted with a revised “Last Updated” date. If a change materially affects an existing paid membership, we will provide reasonable notice before the change takes effect when legally required.
Continuing to use the Services after an updated version becomes effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
23. Severability and Waiver
If a provision of these Terms is held unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain effective, and the affected provision will be interpreted as closely as legally permitted to its intended purpose.
A failure to enforce a provision does not waive the right to enforce it later.
24. Entire Agreement
These Terms, the Privacy Policy, any checkout disclosures, and any additional terms expressly applicable to a feature or program constitute the agreement between you and FrontPage Crew concerning the Services.
