Privacy policy

This notice explains the information FrontPage Crew receives through its website, newsletter, subscriptions, support channels, and optional analytics.

Information you provide

We may receive your email address and newsletter preferences through Kit; account and subscription details through the FrontPage Ledger membership system; payment status from Stripe; and information you include in messages sent to FrontPage Crew. Stripe handles payment-card details; FrontPage Crew does not store full card numbers.

Website analytics

With your consent, FrontPage Crew may use the Meta Pixel to record page visits and conversion events. HeyCatch analytics may also be enabled to measure visits, sessions, clicks, form submissions, signup and payment events, device/browser details, IP address, and approximate location. HeyCatch states that form contents are not collected through these interaction events. Optional analytics remain disabled when you decline the site’s analytics choice.

How information is used

Information is used to deliver newsletters and paid editions, manage accounts, process subscriptions, answer requests, protect the site, measure marketing and conversion performance, and improve the publication.

Service providers

FrontPage Crew relies on providers including Kit for email, Stripe and the Ledger membership system for subscriptions, hosting providers for website delivery, Meta for opted-in advertising measurement, and—when fully configured—HeyCatch for opted-in product analytics. Their own policies govern information they process for their services.

Your choices

You may decline optional analytics in the consent prompt. You can unsubscribe from marketing email using the link in any newsletter, manage or cancel a paid subscription through the member area, and request access, correction, or deletion of information by contacting newsroom@frontpagecrew.com. Browser controls may also clear the stored analytics choice and cause the prompt to appear again.

Retention and security

Information is retained only as long as reasonably needed for publication operations, legal obligations, security, billing records, and the services described above. Reasonable safeguards are used, but no online system can guarantee absolute security.

Changes

This policy may be updated when practices or providers change. The effective date at the top identifies the current version.
